We had a group of 20 or so and the staff did an excellent job with taking our orders and getting our food out and keeping our drinks filled. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. We really liked the place and would definitely return.

Absolutely love the station! The food is always great and very consistent! The service with hosts/waitress is a hit or miss unfortunately. There can also be a wait so prepare for this! Sitting outside is a beautiful view of the downtown area. The atmosphere is pretty loud and more of a bar setting. The wings and salad is our favorite and have so much flavor! The beet salad is heavenly!! Definitely worth a visit!

This place was fantastic! Very busy, welcoming front door waited about 30 minutes for a table, but while you’re waiting, it gives you time to check out their little store. They have attached. They sell their beers and a bunch of other craft beers, all in a big cooler along a whole wall. They also have a small bakery portion, they have a very large selection of THC and cannabis beverages, they have a deli cheese section that is very authentic and vast, they also have a lot of different foods for sale like pastas from Italy, sauces that you can buy and take home, wines, etc. they have an amazing selection of craft beers on draft, I believe they serve breakfast all day long and their lunch and dinner menu is a great selection of different foods. I had the hot chicken and waffles and it was perfect. The fried chicken was fresh, the hot sauce. It was rolled in hot and so good, the waffles had some kind of sugar crystal crust on them. They were sweet delicious yummy. My daughter had the chicken biscuit what she said was awesome. I will most definitely be back!

Wonderful staff! Wine bar is extensive and you may purchase wine from shop and pay a small corking fee!

I had a bar b que sandwich and my wife had a steak-cobb salad. My BBQ sandwich was amazing...great pork, great roll and great toppings. Lots of bbq! If I'd taken the photo before we started eating the sandwich would have looked better. The wife similarly enjoyed her meal. Our server, Sara, greeted us warmly and took very good care of us throughout the meal. I will definitely return!

I came for lunch, but when I saw their brunch menu, I changed my mind. I like eggs Benedict anyway, and they have several unique takes on the original. I went with Piedmont Benedict (basically livermush instead of ham). It came and looked absolutely picture-worthy. I really don't have a high expectation for presentation, but this just looked phenomenal. The stone-ground grits were the perfect consistency. The eggs were poached exactly the way they should be. The livermush was on point. The hollandaise sauce was incredible. Best eggs Benedict I think I've ever had. I'm afraid to finish my drink because I don't want to wash away the amazing flavor in my mouth. THANK YOU, Olde Hickory Station, for such a wonderful meal, and for your friendly staff!

This is a very unique market/bar/restaurant set in downtown Hickory. Upon entry, you are in the market, with display cases of desserts (some house made, some sourced from an outside vendor), fresh baked bread, deli meats, and a case of imported, and domestic cheeses. Oh, and they make coffee, and espresso drinks. Along the wall you can find your favorite wine or craft beer. Around the corner you will find an assortment of items such as: ground, and whole bean artisan coffee, pantry items such as pasta, herbs, spices, and homemade soaps. Across the entrt way is the full service bar, with craft beer, draft beers on tap, and mixed drinks. Beyond that you will find the full service restaurant serving up delicious fare such as: upscale hand crafted burgers, seafood, steaks, cold cut sandwiches, appetizers, salads, as well as entrees of beef short ribs, fresh catch of the day, smoked chicken, and ribs, fried chicken sandwich, and more. I chose the beef short rib, braised in a red wine sauce, and paired with mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. The beef was tender, potatoes were mashed smooth, the little chibata roll was fresh, and warm, and the asparagus was grilled to perfection. Although, it was very good, and I cleaned my plate, it could have used a bit more salt for my taste. For dessert, I chose a piece of raspberry lemoncello cake, and a lemon blueberry cheesecake. The cheesecake was the better choice of the two, in my opinion.

Absolutely delicious! I brought my mom here for breakfast before we went to the farmer's market and it was delightful! Mom ordered the avocado toast and I got the farmer's breakfast. The eggs were so creamy and delicious! By the time I took the photo, 90% of the eggs were gone because I couldn't stop eating them! Excellent service by Monica! She made sure everything was to our liking and our drink glasses stayed full. We will definitely be back soon for some more yummy goodness!
